  : Did not like anything. It was very bad. The facilities were extremely crammed and there was not even space to move. I would never recommend this to any other traveller. No space to store your luggage safely, no lockers .

  : This hostel in terms of quality is very good and it corresponds to its price. it is close to metro and bus stations. From my experience in October 2023, this hostel is calm and his staff is in a good mood.

  : It was in the neighbourhood I used to live in
  : Not clean, rude and deceitful staff person who incurred hidden expenses that I doubt was legal. It was so bad I decided to check out after the first night, even though I had paid for 2 nights and this was not refundable. I arrived around 22.30 as agreed when I booked. The person that was at reception was rude in response to my speaking Dutch to him. Next, he tried to convince me that I needed to pay 5% extra because I used a foreign bank card. His argument was the message on the booking form said your card issuer may incur extra expenses however this has always been carried out by my bank when travelling and not by hotel staff. As I would not have to pay this when paying in cash I considered this and he tried to convince me there was only one ATM that was available that did not seem close by on the map. Again this was very odd as I knew from living in this area for 10 years this was not true. At times he was angry and rude and came across as trying to intimidate me to pay the extra amount. As it was late I gave in and paid the extra 5%. The room was clearly not clean as there was rubbish in the bin. It was opposite reception and tiny like a broom closet. I decided to not stay the second night though I would not get my money back. The staff person I chcked out with was very friendly but told me they had no record of my stay or that I had paid even though I had filled out the form and paid. He also said that my booking was supposed to have been for a different (better) room. It is a mystery to me how the person who checked me in is allowed to work in hospitality. It was the worst experience with staff I ever have had checking in and for that reason I would say stay away. It did not feel welcoming, safe, and comfortable at all and was an awful experience.

  : The price was fair for what they offer. It's a small hostel with small beds, but is the cheapest Hostel you will find in Amsterdam in that location so close to the center, so I can't complain. You get what you pay.
  : The beds were super small, I am 1.87 mts height and I barely fit in them.
