  : Room was inside the old town, comfortable bed, working AC, clean.
  : We booked a double room with balcony and see view, but the room they gave us had no balcony at all. When i asked for it, they showed us another balcony that was not connected to our room. We had to leave our room to reach that balcony. Unfortunately, it was totally different of what was shown in the pictures and it was dirty and untidy there. No handsoap in bathroom. Parking for 24 h is 6 euros.

  : Instead of an apartment with a balcony for four people, we got a studio for 2 people, the owner was very nice, we still decided to leave early. The room was clean and tidy.
  : The city of Ulcinj is a very dirty and neglected city, the problem is parking. Small beach -people destroyed it, a very dirty beach in the water you can see the remains of cigarettes, plastic, bags, etc... nearby are Liman I and II beaches, which were a little better. I recommend the big beach, Vandalos beach, or Sv. Stefan and Budva.

  : This is my favourite area to stay in Ulqin. It's quiet, coffee to my favourite swimming spot and daytime/nighttime bar/restaurant at Sunset Beach. Nice big room. Kitchenette was handy. Great see views and fancy balcony and washing line.Definitely appreciated the air-conditioner!!!Staff are lovely and recommended boat trip to Kristal Beach with fish picnic was great.
  : Wifi was really unreliable, the room had a musty smell from moisture.

  : Great location in the old town area, a close walk to sunset beach bar, some nice restaurants and beaches. The rooms are really big, spacious and clean.
  : Something really basic, but we were never left enough toilet paper (we are 3 ladies) and had to keep asking for it. At one point we were just given a roll of paper towel as they ran out of toilet paper - this felt a bit degrading to be honest. It would have been appreciated if the host went and got us some more.

  : Location was great.
  : I felt like i was in the way, living in someones lounge room, always being watched. Felt like i had to tiptoe around, and i was an inconvenience being there. It just didnt feel warm and welcoming. Also the hot water wasnt turned on so after a day swimming and sweating I wasnt able to shower and i could not get an answer from the host about the hot water until the next day.

  : The host is incredibly friendly, and the studio apartment is both spacious and lovely. It's situated in the perfect location at the heart of the old town.
  : The WiFi was extremely slow.

  : Beautiful location in the old town, close to beach and restaurants. Big bed, decent fittings including fly screen and shutters. Can see a beautiful sunset from balcony. Reasonably quiet at night.
  : We booked the double room with balcony and sea view. The picture of what is supposed to be our balcony shows a room with with a stand-alone balcony looking out over the sea. However, there is in fact another new adjoining balcony on the sea side which now has the superior view. So when sitting on your balcony you can still see the sea, but mainly the other adjoining balcony. When we enquired with host she told us that the pictures are old and that there used to be only one balcony (our balcony) and that the adjoining balcony closer to the sea (the hosts balcony) was built afterwards (and pictures havent been updated to reflect this). Pictures of our room also show a window looking out onto the sea. Our room has a window looking into an olive tree and another building. Not the worst outlook, just not the one advertised.The pictures should really be updated. Its really quite misleading. There are only 3 or 4 rooms. Its not hard to have photos of the specific room you will be receiving. Currently photos mix and match the best of all rooms. So dont expect your room to match all the pictures.The host didnt seem to want to accept my feedback on pictures not matching, and instead argued with me that the pictures are fine, despite changes happening to the property to the detriment of the guest rooms outlook. Didnt feel overly welcome.Our room also states it has a kitchen and a fridge. Turns out these are in fact shared with other rooms on another tiny balcony. Description needs to say these facilities are shared. One morning when I cooked breakfast there were 4 other guests on the balcony (it must have been 6sqm at most). Also it felt like I intruding on the other guests space (as they probably thought it was their private balcony).The sheets have yellow stains on them and the room had mosquitoes when we arrived. The bathroom has an opening above it which lets flies and mosquitoes in. The room smells of stale cigarette smoke.
