  : Really great location and price for the old town of Ulcinj. A short walk to the Limani beach which was lovely and to the main Ulcinj sea front the other direction. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and nice little balcony with sea view. Also really good internet connection. The owners were very friendly and gave us warm welcomes.
  : The room was basic but had everything we needed. So long as you have good mobility and can manage stairs then Ulcinj old town and Zuto is a great option for the area.

  : The situation about the rooms is not above the clouds. Just know that you are getting a incredible location within the old castle and in close proximity to what city offers.

  : The owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located inside the Old Town with a sea view. There is a convinient store right below with basic products and many good restaurants in the walking distance.
  : I wish we would get a warning that there is no parking anywhere near the apartment. Its OK if you dont have heavy luggage or only backpacks. We had to leave our suitcases in the car and pay 12 for parking because we didn't want to dragg our luggage up the castle stairs. I think it should've been disclosed. Free parking is only available before 8 o'clock and first come first served. Another thing was that the sea view is obstructed by an unfinished construction site. Its not on any pictures in the listing. We only stayed for one night so it was not a big deal, but I would feel a bit cheated if I booked a week of "sea view" and got that.The people who run the place were very nice and helpful.

  : Great, quiet location at top of old town, away from the hectic bustle of main town. Beautiful sea view and large space for small group. Air con was welcomed in the heat and rooms comfortable. The host and Linda were so great and made us feel so welcomed! We needed the sofa made up and the host did it so willingly. They were a pensione run by a family that cared about our experience.
  : This only has to do with lugging suitcases in heat, but parking obviously not in old town streets, and had to drag suitcases in. Nothing to do with host or hospitality, just consider using the guy at steps to assist carrying bags up if lifting luggage a problem. The WiFi was a bit off, but have discovered that is not uncommon in Montenegro
