  : The view from the apartment is absolutely outstanding (and vica versa, i could see the building from the city, even from Sveti Stefan!). You can see the old town, the sea, Sv. Nikola island and the high moutains around. You can even see Sv. Stefan island with a scope. The cleaning lady brought us clean towels and offered to take out the trash every day, which I havent experienced in any such accomodations only hotels. She doesnt speak any foreign languages but we sorted out everything miming.
  : Check the pictures of of each room before booking! The page shows pics of all rooms mixed. I choose this apartment because I wanted to enjoy breakfasts on the roomy balcony with a view - unfortunately that belongs to family rooms, this room I booked only had a very narrow balcony, we couldt fit a chair outside. :( Note the "coffe maker in the room" i just a balkan style handle pot you can brew water (and coffee) in. Google maps may mislead you, the apartment is unfortunately a bit far from everthing. If you are not coming by car, prepare for lots of walking. From the bus station its a half hour+ trekking uphill. To get down the old town or the beaches, you have to take the narrow paths with stairs, slopes and wood planks down (15-20 min), its a bit tiring to take this hiking up and down every day, but definitely good for your cardio! Despite all these the room still has a very good price to value ratio, I will visit again!

  : Unfortunately, the only good think about the property was the view.
  : I think the photos in the listing are pretty misleading. The photos show you a clean and modern room with a beautiful big terrace with a great view. However; there is only 2 rooms with a terrace, our room had a tiny balcony with no chairs, you could barely stand. There was just one curtain on the window and it was also out of place, people could see through the room, we kept changing clothes hiding not to be seen. I called the hosts twice about the curtains, they said they will fix it, but noone ever showed up (they changed the towels every two days, but couldn't fix the curtain). The refrigerator was way too loud. The rooms we booked was not properly cleaned, there were dust and stains everywhere. The bathroom drains were too old and dirty (rusty). The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets, pillowcases should be renewed, they were not in a good condition (maybe clean but stained and faded). The sheet was smaller than the bed, it kept coming off. As a result, the price is affordable yes, but we wouldn't have chosen it if we knew it would be like this.
