  : Unfortunately, I can't join wonderful reviews about the gorgeous view from the apartment, because host decided not to accommodate us in an apartment with a sea view. We lived at ground floor. He explained that we don't have enough time for enjoying the view, because we have just one night and came in the evening (8.30 pm)! I was shocked by messages from host. Sea view was the main for me, but I didn't get it. Apartment is normal, big. But I and my family didn't want to spend time in the apartment, just sleep. Many breakdowns, strange window to common corridor in bedroom, no blankets. If you look for cozy place in Budva, I recommend NOT to live in The Old Town Terrace Apartment.

  : Three days before arrival they sent a message asking me to cancel the reservation made over one month ago. I mentioned to them I wouldn't cancel and they should find a solution as the prices at the last minute used to be more expensive and it was their responsibility, so they replied I could do whatever I wanted but the apartment wouldn't be available. In the end I had to book another flat, of course, at a different price.

  : New furnitures, nice terrace but whole apartment badly maintained.
  : The door to the terrace could not be closed (it was broken!)-everybody could get to the apartment as it was situated in the level -1. Next to our apartment were some drunken people who could easily get to the apartment. Totally no help from the host-never seen, at first when we arrived contact by phone, then no answers to our comply due to broken doors. View from the Windows (from 2 bedrooms) on the wall (no sun). Curtins falling down. Water in swimming pool dirty and cold. Blocked shower drain-water could not flow. Fungus under shower. No place for car on the parking-we had to block other cars.

  : The hostess is extremely nice, helpful and smiling ;-) quiet neighborhood, close to the Old Town - the most beautiful part of Budva - wonderful evening walks with music and fireworks, the nearest beach is Ricardova Glava, rocky, atmospheric and peaceful - rather for adults, much further to Mogren Beach, but it's worth it. Close to the market, shops, restaurants, pubs, going back a bit uphill ;-) clean, spacious, big balcony, we even could use the pool.
  : Air conditioning only in the living room, in the 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, one bedroom has a window but to the corridor, so it was stuffy and there was no fresh air ;-(
