  : Spacious and clean, good wardrobe space and beautiful pool. Lovely staff.
  : A little bit far uphill from centre. Could do with a more comfortable sofa and the shower leaked.

  : The view of the apartment is amazing! You have all the facilities an apartment needs. The pool is pretty with the view as well. Very close to the old centre (but its a hike haha). Overall we would definitely come back.
  : Everything was really nice! The way to the building is a very narrow road but is you go down it a few times you will get used to it.

  : The Manager Ljubljana and her assistant Mornikamer were excellent and could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble!Exquisite views of Budva.The room was big. The view was excellent.
  : The Apartments great the top of a very steep hill approximately 1:15 in places. Both my wife and I are physically fit for our age but this property would not be suitable for someone less able or not good on their feet? Unless you want to continuously hire taxis!

  : Location looks really beautiful. There is a big, clean pool and amazing views from the apartments on the whole City of Budva. The staff is really helpful and communicates in english. 10/10 would recommend.
  : Renting a car is a must when you want to travel across the cities and have a freedom when it comes to buying groceries.

  : The apartment has a great view. You need to be aware, though, that, if you want to reach the apartment on foot, the way is extremely steep. We are relatively fit and it was no pleasure for us to walk up there. The aparment is clean, including shining clean pots, cutlery, glasses in the kitchen. Good WiFi. Special regards to Ljubinka, who is overseeing the place - always helpful and friendly.
  : The apartment itself is rather 2 - 3 stars, not 4. From outside the building is relatively impressive, but the interior is not really corresponding with it. The way the rooms are arranged is not realy tasteful, rather basic. And, you can see signs of usage and no attention to it: toilet brush falling apart, these kind of things.If you want a pan, sugar, coffee or tea, you need to ask for them at the reception. They are not a standard equipment of the apartment.Also, on Saturday evening there was a party in Budva, and loud banging was spreading over the whole area till 6:30 in the morning.

  : We loved the stunning view and the host Ljubinka. If there's an issue please do communicate to the host and I'll be solved. Sometimes you need to communicate twice/three times.
  : At first we got a way smaller apartment than we booked. The host didn't speak English well enough to communicate fluently but she was a nice person. The apartment was dirty - not due to poor cleaning but due to unfortunate choice of materials used to finish up the apartment (dirty floors, wardrobes around the handles, 2 cm space between the bathtub and the wall full of dirt). The amenities were overused and not functional, e.g. broken/shaky sofa, dead washing machine, missing Aircon remote control, broken lights by the bed. And you really need a good level of fitness to climb up the hill.
