  : Good location. Room ok, very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice staff at the bar, a special thanks to Gustavs who is very nice and prepares good drinks. Food from the restaurant at night, pretty good.
  : Clientele is largely business people who act like they own the place and the staff have to give all their attention to them. At breakfast I had to clear table for myself as I was just standing there waiting and no one was coming or helping. The Food did not get refilled after 9 am. And very unfriendly, bordering rude staff at front desk. No one is smiling. There are so many of them behind the counter - don't know why. Got there one morning there were 6 of them looking at a computer. I am in front of them, they all just look at me and none of them ask if they can help. So I ask myself, can someone please call a cab. A young guy asks me where to, but then rudely interrupts me when I try to show him. He says 5 minutes. There was a cab already there before he called, so I assumed it was for someone else , and I assumed that front desk guy would have told me if it was mine, instead of telling me to wait 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I go back to check and the guy still says it's not that one, as it was already there when he called. He tells me to wait more. And then, after I asked for the third time, he finally checks and tells me it was in fact that one. He did not apologize, he just said "it's yours" and kept his superior attitude as if it was MY fault. Through my entire trip I have not had to deal with such a rude person. Quite disappointing that a serious hotel hire people like that and put them at front desk.
