  : Obviously the Hotel is recently renovated - excellent job. Nice material and choice of colours. The rooms - including bathroom - were of good size and comfortable.The location is first class in The middle of the "old town".
  : The tv channels. I missed BBC and CNN.

  : A lovely location in the heart of the old town and very helpful service. Interior decoration with a nice style, the room was huge and beds comfy.
  : The bathrooms and shower quality was a bit questionable. Also, going outside into a bar for breakfast did not feel the cosiest.

  : Comvenient location in the area of former monastery complex next to St. Peters Church. Within walking distance to main railway station and whole Vecriga. The room was spacious with large bathroom, located in the separate building (no. 5) with separate entrance, less than a minute from the reception.
  : The breakfast was served in the adjacent restaurant (its a pub serving food and craft beers in the evening) and the breakfast buffet was cramped into very small area. It gets very busy around 9 am when all the guests come.

  : The reception staff was trying to be helpful and solve issues that were popping up, starting with the check-in. The hotel is in a central location in the heart of Rigas old town, which brings an upside regarding the next by landmark accessibility.
  : We arrived late in the evening. We got our card and went to the room, where we met other guests. That was very awkward. We returned to the reception and received a portion of apologies and another room card in another building. The hotel has a couple of separate buildings. The new room was smaller than the spacious one we booked initially. That was a deal breaker as we stayed for four nights, and working in such a small space for two people was not an option. The room was on the top floor with a very narrow staircase, and given the recent injury, it wasnt a good option. We came back to reception to ask for a room change that would comply with the original booking, but there were no rooms available. The next day, without any notifications, someone came to the room, saying it was time to move us to another room. It wasn't a good time due to work. Once we were finished and available, we were transferred to another room. This wasnt a smooth hotel onboarding experience, even though the new room was good. The breakfast wasnt a pleasant experience either. Most of the staff are very young and seemed poorly trained. A couple of them were creating too much noise in the kitchen and laughed nonstop. Again, its awkward for guests. Also, some restaurant staff were rude after getting asked to let me closer to the coffee machine. They were pissed off as they needed to stop sorting some of the cups for a moment. The restaurant operates in a space that becomes a bar in the evening. It's very dark and not the best environment for breakfast. Given the multiple nice boutique hotels in the area, we would not choose this one again.
