  : Great location Its our fifth time here. Before everything was very good, this time really so so
  : Very dark room, two small windows inside very dark hotels courtyard This visit we had a real problem with the room cleaning (it worked only in the morning, if you want to leave after 1 pm, they dont agree to make the room). To tell the truth, we hadnt such problems before. Hope the management will fix it

  : Nice, big and very comfortable room. Good selection for breakfast, could have more bread options.Very good location, close to old town and to art nouveau quarter
  : It definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as it does not seem to be a customer oriented hotel In the first evening we met quite late at the hotel right before they closed the bar at 11pm - we were there just couple of minutes before close time and when we asked for some drinks we did not get anything as they were closing. In all hotel experiences so far this would not have been a problem, especially that it was couple of minutes before close. Except the minibar in the room there was no other option to get a drink in the lobby. We had 2 rooms booked and wrong charges on both rooms - I got charged 50 euro for a prosecco bottle from the mini bar when it was 12 and my friend also extra 50 euro. When I insisted the small prosecco could not have been 50 euro the reply was rather cold and direct that it is this price. So I paid and then showed them the minibar price list . A customer oriented service would have tried to sort it out or check before me paying and not me having to prove to them it was not 50. Of course it got sorted in the end and money were refunded it is just unusual for this to happen and for both rooms.We chose this hotel over others thinking of the extra customer service friendliness you get in a 5 star and it was rather disappointing.For SPA area you need to book ahead (we knew this before ) and this makes it less pleasant. The area is nice but very small , no quite place to stay and enjoy a book in-between. I think it is more for outside people that literally come for gym/ swim and sauna

  : Room was good size and functional. Breakfast was amazing with lots of different options. Location is good and easy to get taxi and food. In front of a beautiful park.
  : Spa always fully booked.
