  : It was generally clean and a very good size. There was coffee and tea available. The host was very helpful when we couldn't get the front door open when I rang her.
  : The bed setter was stained and not very comfortable and the flat is on the 5th floor without a lift (I may have missed this in the details).

  : The location was great and the apartment was spacious
  : The apartment was very cold, the building and furniture were in poor condition and the windows seemed super old. The apartment needs a renovation. The door is replaced with a second door because the first one didnt work. Half of the light bulbs in the house dont work. Almost all the plugs dont work.

  : I like the location. In the heart of the city center. It is 5 min from the bus station and 2-3 min walk from all attractions in the old town. Also very close to the bus stop.The host was nice. Information how to get in is also clear and understandable. The apartment is big with 2 separate rooms and kitchen. Bathroom was also very nice
  : It is on the 5th floor, old building with no elevator. Windows must be chached because the wind is blowing. The last night there was a storm outside and the window in the bedroom opened from the wind. It was cold in the apartment and I used an extra heater.

  : Ordered for 4 persons, bed was ready only for 2. It was said that 2 bedroom apartment. There is actually only 1 bedroom and sofabed in livingroom. We needed to do sofabed ourselves, blankets were really dirty.You need to wait hot water about 5 minutes. Not enaught toiletpaper. And not enaught dishes in kitchen. Apartment is on 5th floor without elevator.

  : Great location in Riga Old Town. We used the apartment for sleeping during the song festival, so we spent very little time in the kitchen, but we did use the clothes iron, worked well. The apartment is quite spacious, so a father with three grown-up kids managed to spend a few nights without getting on each others nerves. Parked a car in the back yard.
  : The building is a bit shabby, might bother some. Top floor could be tiresome if you go in and out a lot.

  : Super nice location, just around the corner of Black Head Merchants house. Clean, comfortable apartment with all things you need. Private parking is available and its big plus if youre travelling with a car.
  : Paid coffee is a little bit strange in not so cheap apartment

  : The property did not inform us that they are located on the 6th floor without an elevator nor did they offer to help with luggage they also did not have kitchenware the apartment itself was rundown and the staff was non existent. They charged a fee of 40 euros for two people for breakfast that had to be paid separately via PayPal the breakfast theyd said would be a traditional Latvian one they were informed also of dietary restrictions.The breakfast they provided was not anything special as theyd previously said would be that theyd asked me for what items Id prefer as well that were also left out. Upon arrival it was not so straight forward to get a key and then there was no help from them with the luggage up 6 flights up streps which is nearly impossible for someone who has a disability. The establishment refused to help in any way shape or form and if anything made it more difficult. It was so bad that we had to be relocated which this establishment was supposed to refund and did not not only that but they purposely withheld responding to booking for hours and then lied to booking saying theyd offered help/accommodations when they had in fact not done so. So not only did they lie to me but they falsified information/lied to booking and did not even apologize nor did they refund me for the breakfast that had been paid for and that could not be taken out of the apartment due to impossibility of having any extra help. Also they did not help to relocate or to pay for a taxi to go to the new location. The stay was supposed to be for 5 nights and ended up being less than 24hrs yet they fraudulently stole funds for 5 days instead of for one night. The worst part of this was the discrimination and prejudice this establishment placed on refusing to accommodate a disabled person and further denied any responsibility and did falsify information to booking never once providing any proof.

  : Great location, very walkable to all of old town. Beautiful courtyard and great view of the skyline from the kitchen window.
  : Black mold in the bathroom, shower drain was half clogged, and very loud on the weekend (Friday and Saturday night included screaming in the courtyard at 3 AM and motorbike drag racing on Generala Radzina Krastmala all night).
