  : Floors are so uneven, beds are way too hard and a couple of pillows are beyond their use by date and should be ditched We booked for a family of 6, we only found 4 towels and no hand towels. Eventually extra towels arrived late on the second day after our request on the first day.Having to take out our own rubbish to a central dump location, surely this task should be handled by the property and not the hirer

  : Great location, just over a main "street" off of St. Mark's square. Wonderful in that it was a short walk to the water ferry, and next to several main sites. Tons of options, Rialto was only 15 min away. Nice in that the rooms were separated, so if you are traveling with kids, you actually get some alone time. Apartment felt very authentic, like I really was living in Venice. Grateful for the review that mentioned to pay attention to the kitchen cleaning, it was a the only apartment (of 6) on our trip that required us to take out the garbage and clean all the dishes to not have extra charges. just a touch noisy at night, because of it being right next to the street, but people were passing by, not lingering. Overall, very grateful to have stayed here, worth the splurge. Thank you!
  : If cleaners come in to do the beds, I'm not sure why guests have to take out the trash. This did not make me feel like I was on vacation.

  : The sofa bed was in the kitchen area and to open the bed you couldnt use the dinning table.

  : 1. Balcony. Why pay extra for a balcony so small that it prevents the wooden shutters from opening? No balcony would be an improvement.2. Kitchen. Poorly equipped. Only 1 of the 2 hobs worked. No chopping board. No bottle opener. No corkscrew.
