  : Five star location and five star staff. And we loved the hotel cat Mr Whisky.
  : No lift, but it says that in the listing. The beds were super uncomfortable. Wifi was non-existent. Cost me a lot of money in data. Bad lighting in the rooms. Breakfast was very simple.

  : Very good localization, in the middle of city centre, next to St. Mark squere. Very comfortable bed, clean and renew bathroom. every day cleaning room service. Modest but tasty breakfast, enough for 2-3 days. Big plus for meats and cheese (more than just a sweet continental breakfast).
  : The facilities in the room are already very used up (e.g. the safe did not work), but what is worth mentioning the room was very clean which is the most important thing for me. No duvet , only a sheet and a blanket, but this is common in Italy. As it was October and was raining in the evening I wanted to run the heating with the air conditioner, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner, so I decided not to do it.

  : Amazing breakfast with a lot of choices. Great location, friendly and pleasant staff. Size of the room was sufficient, there was 3 of us. No fridge in the room, but there was a lot of good restaurants and food stores around.

  : Location was very central.
  : Bathroom was not properly cleaned - walls in shower were heavily makes with scale and grime. Poor/nonexistent maintenance. Shower doors did not close and left a cap as wide as your arm. Ensuite shelf was missing. We were not made aware of any of these maintenance faults, and on enquiry the staff told us they would look at these things however nothing was actioned.We booked a standard room however the room felt like, and was the size of an basic economy room. On enquiry, we were given an evasive response as to whether the room was in fact a standard room. Furthermore, our room opened directly onto the breakfast area and so offered little privacy when entering and exiting the room whereas it was clear all other rooms were upstairs. Don't expect to be able to leave your bags with reception if you have a late flight/train out, they will expect you to have taken your bags away by 1pm so hardly worth the service.

  : The location was perfect, very close to San Marco. The restaurant of the hotel is serving excellent food selection for dinner.Many thanks to reception personnel for the kindness! They had helped us with flexibility for the breakfast.

  : My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and as soon as the staff realised this, they brought a bottle of Prosecco up to our room. Breakfast was a simple continental selection but all delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. We requested some decaf coffee to they gave us a brand new jar for us use at breakfast and in our room. Whiskey, the famous model cat, was a welcome addition and made it feel like home from home!
  : Being so centrally located, its inevitable that you will hear noise from passers by and adjacent businesses in the early hours.
