  : My main complain is how the hotel describes its rooms when booking. For example, the room we selected was supposed to have: garden, mountain, lake and landmark views. When we arrived it turned out only to have garden and partial mountain view. This is unfortunate as we expected different views when we booked the room. At other hotels you can often choose a room based on the view i.e. a room with a lake view is often more expensive than a room with a garden view. As all the above views were listed under the room we selected, we of course expected the room to have those views. When we asked about this in the reception we were told that the views were subject to availability and that there were no rooms available with all those views. This is like listing air conditioning as part of every room, when in fact only some of them have air conditioning. It is misleading. I would recommend the hotel to change its description of facilities in accordance with what the rooms actually offer.

  : They say they can't guarantee us the problem with maintaining a parking space in the event of a trip, bookink states that you have a child for free, but we paid 10 eu for each day. Problem with the payment terminal, Accusation that the staff is due to lack of money in the account and detention until the communication with their bank, a cleaner from Ukraine was translating, I had to speak Russian, even though I was Czech, she always referred to me as Czechoslovakian.

  : Nice hotel located in a nice area, walking distance from town, ferry boarding and many restaurants. Right infront of the Lake.
  : Staff were generally very nice and polite except of the receptionist that was on duty on the 15th of September 2023. She was very rude and racist towards me, very arrogant in the way she choose to communicate with me. And for some reason, she just didn't believe that I could afford to be a guest at the hotel. She was alright with 'white' guest though! These kind of behaviours are just unacceptable specially when you are at front of desk. Her behaviour made me feel unwelcome as a 'colored' person. But the other staff were nice and very polite. There is no kettle in the room which would have been difficult for someone like me who drink hot water a lot if I was to stay longer. But I managed for the two nights I was there. Night staff provided me a small jug of hot water but then, you have to go to reception just to get about a cup of hot water. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Good shower pressure.
