: Nice room at the side of the hotel that still overlooked the lake. Lovely bedding, toiletries and shower/bathroom. Nicely decorated. Late checkout 11am as standard and we were able to leave our bags while we wandered around the small island. Dog friendly. Wonderful breakfast.
: A small fridge or wine cooler would have been nice as when we stayed there was a big party on and we would have felt a bit intrusive having drinks downstairs. We werent told about the additional 20 euro charge for our small dog until after booking the non-returnable fee for the room . This should be more clear so we can take that into account before confirming our stay.

: Location on Isola dei Pescatori was perfect. We were concerned about isolation feeling at night, but we really enjoyed that part of it.Included breakfast every morning was great. Lots of choice.Great view from our room.Daily room cleaning, towel replacement, a treat in the post COVID eramany hotels no longer offer this service.
: Dining room staff tried too hard playing the fine dining role. More relaxed staff and friendlier service would have made the experience better.The lock on our room presented problems from the start to the end of our 3 night stay, made all the more challenging by the lack of lighting in the hallways.Management suggested there was no problem with the lock, but that we didnt understand how to turn the key properly. Have patience if you are in Room 203.

: If I had known the island and everything on it except for this Resturant with rooms shuts down in rain or after the first week of October I may have chosen the isolation of only being able to eat in the restaurant which has lovely staff as are the breakfast staff but is limited , new cuisine portions and average food at a very high price
: If I had known the island was closed I would never had stayed 3 nights There was nothing else open nothing at all you had to take a boat which does not run at all often to get off and to any kind of civilization. There is no room fridge which is ludicrous, there is no coffee facility I think they expect you to trail to the Resturant in your underwear , there is no bar , the air con does not cool at all
