: Loved the balcony, nice view over the Tuscan hills. Comfortable bed. Nice and friendly welcome. Great location to head into town! Just off the main street heading to the Piazza, so still nice and peaceful (especially if you close the windows, you won't hear a thing!). Just beware that there's no freezer compartment in the fridge (we found that out after buying some ice cream haha).
: Outdoor furniture could do with updating (and perhaps tidying). Slightly intimidating agreement to sign that threatens with a 100 fine if you don't so the dishes... You could hear the neighbours walking around upstairs (and unfortunately for us they seemed quite busy all the time!).
