  : The guy at the reception was super friendly. Many thanks for your support and recommendations. Much appreciated.Our room was big with an amazing view. Breakfast was very nice. Accomodation is in the city center.
  : Take care to do a registration for the car before entering the city center. There are cameras who will catch you.

  : Location was great. It is an old monastery with rooms still in original state and with modern accomodation. Perfect for a short stay of 2-3 days to visit Siena.
  : There was one person that was doing service in the inner courtyard and was cleaning up at the breakfast tables. Ive never witnessed such a non smiling unfriendly tourist hater and Im travelling a lot for work and holidays. One short anecdote: bought a small piece of cheese to eat in my room and asked for a little knife to slice. He said rude things in italian to the receptionist who calmed him down. Later on we met him multiple times in the corridor, and he would not even look or say hi. I think this does not correspond to the values of this hotel. Also, at some point a standing lamp gave me an electric shock due to a faulty loose plug in the wall.

  : Breakfast room with magnificent view. The location is great; quiet, but in easy walking distance of everything central.
  : Beware of the distance from the station; an early morning cab can take half an hour to do the journey. Be aware that there is no lift, so you need to be able to carry your luggage upstairs.

  : Big plus for the location and hotel's own parking. Rooms are also fine. Overall interesting experience to sleep in former monastery. :) Walking distance to a centre. Quiet place to sleep.
  : Very loud air condition. Toilet flush got broken and even though it was fixed smoothly, still there was one button working out of two. Breakfast in terms of continental version was good but simple (same menu everyday). Pastries were very nice and in a big range. We were disappointed with quality of fresh tomatoes though, hoping for famous Italian tasty ones. Also after the weekend it seems that some of the bread rolls were not fresh. Fingers crossed that the hotel will take these as a kind suggestion for improvement. :)

  : Great location & parking nearby. Comfortable bed & pillows, extra blanket provided & room includes a mini fridge. Good shower & spacious bathroom. Staff are very friendly & attentive. Breakfast was good as well.
  : No lift, but the staff kindly helped with our luggage to the room.

  : Location. The actual building is beautiful.
  : The bathroom needs upgrading, cracked tiles, shower really cold then boiling hot, cracked toilet seat. I think it would be nice to have better facilities in the rooms.
