: The host was very nice. When I told her we will be arriving later than expected and will not make there before 5pm, She made a video for us to show how to get into our room. She also gave us lots of restaurants recommendations. We went to 2 of them. plus the gelateria. They were all so good! Also, this place has A/C!!!! (which I knew since I researched that on Rick Steve's ;) )
: The only thing is that the building is old... so, the shower was not the newest. the temperature control could be improved. It was clean and fine for us. But it will be nice if the shower was a bit nicer. For long hairs gals out there, this place does not have hair conditioner. so, bring your own.

: Mariangela is so nice. She has put her love into her business. This is a great location in the middle of Siena. Comfortable, clean and great value. The building is over 1000 years old so of course its not perfect but the room was actually fairly large for Italy. Perfect for our needs.

: Very helpful Mariangela in a difficult situation: left my mobile in a taxi and she informed the taxi company and picked the mobile next day from the driver.
: Breakfast time was a late (08:30) for us.
