  : Very nice 2 BR apartment in residential neighborhood very close to Vatican. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were large and very nice. Very different from other Italian accommodations! Hosts were very friendly and helpful! They responded quickly to texts. Two bottles of wine during our stay was a welcome bonus!!
  : Pretty far from other major attractions but getting a taxi was very easy. Host was nice enough to reserve taxi or transfer anytime.

  : The gentleman at the residence, Giovanni Battista Guidi, Manager, was wonderful. Very helpful, wonderful suggestions, and made us feel very welcome.
  : I had hoped to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. However, upon arrival I found out that it was in the building- ground floor,, and was only accessible while the manager was at the property. However, saying that, it still was available. Also, there was no safe in the room, which was more disappointing than the lack of washer/dryer. I didn't feel comfortable not having a safe, although the manager said that we could place our items in their safe if we wanted. The room was very warm, and after questioning about the air conditioning, we didn't get a response. Since the manager was so helpful about everything else, I had to presume that there was no air-conditioning. Unfortunately, the room had an odor that I felt was very distracting, sewer gases? It was an old building but the smell was not pleasant and seemed to come from the bathroom, although the bathroom was spotless. We purchased air freshener and opened up the windows while we were in the apartment, which helped.

  : We spent 8 nights there in Dec 2019. The place is fabulous: it is clean and fresh, and the bed'd linen, pillows, and comforter do not smell like in other 3-star hotels. The place is spacious in comparison hotel extended family-stay double room. AC and Heating is comfortable. There are hundreds of TV channels to go through if you have times. The kitchen is great (we cook all our breakfast and some dinners) but need a bit more kitchen ware. Minor desired improvement is the water system in the shower: water pressure is sufficient but hot-cold water setup is a bit tricky: a little touch of the faucet can turn the water from comfortable warm to cold and vice versa. The hosts (GB, a guy and a pretty lady)- sorry I do not remember the names) are great: nice, helpful, responsive, and kind. It is closed to Metro, supermarket, the Vatican, shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, Pizza parlors, McDonald, ..., There is a hidden germ: 2 blocks away is a real farmer market that opens daily from 630 am to 130 pm. This market is a real farmer market (European style, not the ones we see in the States) where items from local farms are sold. The market has everything that you need at half or lower prices when compares to retailed prices at nearby supermarkets (ToDis and Carefour) : very fresh vegetables and fruits of all kinds, sea food, home-make and really good bakery and pastry, salami, cheese, proseciuttos of all kind, poultry, beef, pork, eggs, milk, and more. You do not have to go to the supermarkets if you can shop there in the morning before going sight-seeing. Overall, we give this place a score of 9 out of 10 and highly recommend this place for those travelers who need a kitchen and do not want to stay in a crowded hotel room
