  : place looks like private property from outside but everything changes when they open the gate. its very spacious and built in levels. every inch of their area has been used. rooms look raw and kitchen equipment doesnt exist but theres separate restaurant for breakfasts and dinners. swimming pool was mostly all mine during my stay. they cook beautiful food for dinners and also, from the feeling of empty hotel during the day it becomes a whole bunch of them Italians when it comes to football match. it was pretty awesome experience. its family business and budget stay but really ok if you want to use their breakfasts (included) and dinners. quite far away to rome attractions but we rented a car so I didnt care. breakfast served 7-9, we went there around 11 and got coffee and croissants no problem :)

  : The food servered in the restaurant is good value for money.
  : It is a budget hotel offering basic accomodation but there are several issues with the property and staff. There was bacteria and mold growing in the fridge and kitchen area (see pictures), which made me avoid using the area entirely. The kitchen light bulb was blown which meant the area was too dark to use after sunset. The room was cold because the radiator had not been maintained and bled to remove air in the system. The electrical power sockets were poorly installed and most were not functioning. Similarly the light fixtures were often poorly finished. Loud dogs kept outside all night barked at every guest walking past. Breakfast was basic cakes and coffee, with no nutritious option. The staff are very disorganised and unavailable by phone, no one present at reception for check in or check out time slots creates a stressful beginning and end of your stay. If you need basic shelter on a strict budget and can overlook basic maintenance issues it could be ok.
