  : Very close to Colosseum and Roma center. In this apartment you come to rest after a long day walk and visit.If you are looking for luxury this is not for you. But if you want Something cheep and close to everything this is it.
  : If we came to Roma to stay in the apartment, there are a lot of negative comments, but our scope were museums and Roma 's atranctions.

  : Property must be renovated. New furniture. New A/C. Cable tv must be functional. Toilet seat must have a lid. Bathroom must have hooks for towels, clothes.

  : Location is more than fabulous, I can't stress this enough. Not only is it less than 500m from the Colosseum, but it is settled in a charming area. Yes, the room could be somewhat cleaner (bathroom is new and spotless though) and some parts of furniture are a bit old, but it didn't dampen our experience at all. The room is very spacious. It was very hot outside during our stay, but there was no need to turn on the AC because of the thick walls, which was great. The owner was very helpful and kind, answered all our questions quickly. There's a great supermarket very nearby (open on Sundays too), and a well of fresh, cold water just outside the building. Great value for the price, we will come here again, for sure.

  : In a small common area there are two beds The beds were broken and fastened to makeshift structures The floor creaked when you walked Everything was broken, the radiators, the TV It was full of dust.

  : This is a great location , just blocks from the colosseum, very close to Cavour metro and surrounded by wonderful restaurants!
  : I really enjoyed my stay, if you are looking for a hot tub pool and a rooftop view it may not be for you. I felt like I was staying in an authentic Rome flat, not luxury accommodations

  : Perfect flat for a friends trip !! The apartment is located in the city center, closed to bars, restaurants, Colisee, and other monuments. I recommend it !
  : Be aware that there is one room with all beds/sofas. But very comfortable :)

  : the host wasn't friendly and helpful he didn't answer the question he didn't answer the phone also, the house wasn't clean we get sick because of the clean and we order doctor it was Small insects inside the bed and my mother get a very pinches in her face and body you can see in the pictures, and the shower it wasn't hot water we order the house for 4 adults i enter to get shower the water after 10 min become very freezing, no towels like the picture !! no space like the picture he didn't take picture for all the disgusting things in the house . do not come to house like this !! it was very ugly stay

  : Exceptional location. We didnt use any public transportation simply because everything is in walking distance even with a kid. Yes, the building is really old, but then again, it has its charms of the old Rome.
  : The only thing that really has to be changed is the bed.
