  : The location was fabulous. Near all of the sights (Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps) Great shower. Excellent bar / cafe nearby. Metro Barbarini station right nearby. Host very responsive on WhatsApp.

  : Easy access in and out. Very clean and tidy. Had a lift. Large. Bus stops straight outside door and metro. Great host, gave us tips on restaurants and was very friendly and efficient.

  : Nothing because I booked 3 nights and stayed 4 hours, running away from there as fast as I could. My advice is to check out Room Mate Filipo, very close by! Wonderful experience for a bit more $.
  : I left the hotel 4 hours after checking in as I have complained about the terrible bed settings they had and the manager end up putting me though a disturbing emotional ordeal.They sold me room with a king bed but it was actually two 2 horrible/soft single beds put together, which was extremely uncomfortable and made a whole in the middle making impossible to sleep, total misleading advertising!The person who I spoke to, Paola, was very rude when I asked her what could be done cs was not humanly possible to sleep there, stating there was nothing it could be done as this is the bed the setting.I then told her they needed to change bed or room, so a minimum comfort requirement, as sleeping well, was met. She then started replying non-sense things like "some people dont have where to sleep and we were arguing about bed size", among other insults like I was blackmailing her when I told her that either she finds a solution or I would check out, which was my right.She even went to say that I should not be complaining about the confort of the bed cs I didnt sleep on it yet! I was sick that they and I spend the afternoon in bed and had the worst possible time. Even though, what type of comment was that? I was so emotionally distressed with her rude behavior that I felt for my safety so I had to rush out from there without spending any of the 3 nights I booked.I have gone through a lot of distress missing out a tour and dinner paid for, and also had to find a last minute accommodation in a very busy period in Rome. She hasnt refunded me, as you would expect from someone who advertises one thing in Booking but actually sells a nightmare.

  : Location was great for us to walk where we wanted to go. We found the room to be a great size. Clean. Communal very clean kitchenette with stove top, dishwasher and another cooking option. We didnt use this. The communication was exceptional. Many thanks. Ps. We loved the lift.
  : The bathroom tiles. Very slippery when wet. But no issues for us.
