  : The rooms well located in Trastevere close to numerous restaurants and to the river. One day we walked to the Vatican and another to tbe Pantheon and Colosseum. There is also light rail at the end of the street.There is a separate bedroom and living area. The bathroom is large and has been renovated. The decoration of the room we had was shabby chic. The rooms had a small fridge, microwave and stove top element. Most things you would need were provided including tea bags and coffee capsules. Guilia also provided a map with restaurants and sites highlighted and was happy to offer recommendations.You can catch the train from the airport to Roma Trastevere and walk up (about 25 mins - dont forget to punch your ticket in the small green Trenitalia ticket puncher after you purchase your ticket ) or you can get the train to Roma Termini and get a taxi - about 25 euros.We enjoyed our time there and Guilia was friendly and easy to communicate with.

  : Very nice apartment. The location is exceptional and given our room was on the inside of the building, it was pretty quiet. Giulia had everything ready for our stay, there even was a baby shampoo for our baby. We walked everywhere, we didn't need to use transport but for the airport transfer. Check-in was very easy. There is a small kitchenette, perfect to prepare quick meals for our baby. Impressively clean, given the age of the building. A very nice experience overall!

  : The biggest advantages are that there are drinks in the refrigerator, many types of tea and coffee and a capsule coffee machine, and that the host is a warm and helpful person. Another advantage is that it is located in one of the liveliest neighborhoods of Rome and has easy access to evening events and nice cafes, bars, etc. Also, the small notebook in your room contains information about where to do what, I would also like to thank the host for this notebook.
  : We can say that the location can be considered both good and a bit far, because there is no metro line in this part of the city, your walking distances increase. But this is not directly related to the house and the owner. In addition, the noisy operation of the air conditioning system was disturbing but we had no problems sleeping due to this noise. Renewing the air conditioning system may be beneficial.

  : The location was nice and the host was really helpful and gave us a map with a lot of recomendations
  : The appartment we stayed in was not as bright as depicted in the pictures, it never had acces to sunlight due to positionning and the bedroom didn't have a window, only some opaque doors to the inner courtyard, so the place was quite cold (end of Feb - beginning of March)

  : The sheets and pillows smelled horrible, like BO, and the whole place was not clean overall.

  : Easily accessible and in the heart of Trastevere. Easy to walk to the tram to go into the city. Loved the coffee pot and the peach juice upon arrival was perfect after our long walk from the train.
  : The bed and couch were a little old and lumpy
