  : Location was very good. Easy access to metro, bus stations. located near Vatican. Apartment is big, good kitchen facilities. Good Wi-Fi. Washing machine. 2nd floor. Nice yard. Safe environment. 24H big market in a walking distance. Host was waiting with keys and explained everything.
  : I would not mention almost anything here (okay, the showers were small), the apartment is really excellent, but we had a problem of bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. A very bad news, lots of discomfort and unpleasant consequences. Though, the host was responsive and promised to fix the problem, telling it was for the first time he had a complaint. So, there should be a specialist cleaning already done at the apartment.

  : There was air conditioning what was very good as it was very hot. Wi-Fi was excellent, no problem with connecting to internet. Extra location-just next to Vatican Museum. The host was very pleasant , came on agreed time to give us the key. All facilities available: fridge, freezer, washing machine, stove.
  : The showers were dirty. Many mosquitos as there is a pond in the garden.

  : There is a five minute walking distance underground station. The St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican muceum are located right next door. supermarket and other stores are near the house until midnight. Free Area. The value of the money.
  : The condition of the toilet bathrooms is very sad and needs to be done immediately and the kitchen needs to be cleaned.

  : Good location, good WiFi, nice apartment with AC and good size rooms. The owners are very attentive and friendly. Restaurants and shops around.
  : Bathroom should be properly clean and refurbished. Hot water it was always a problem, but after trying several times we managed to get hot water. It would be nice, when entering the property, to get that smell of cleaning.

  : The owner was nice at first when we check in by welcome us with a bottle of red wine & get all the payment in cash at check in.
  : Customer service, no hot water for 4 days out of 7 days stayed. Of course there is instruction to reset the button at water heater, but the hot water lasted no more than 3 minutes then it turn freezing cold during shower. Our sons practically taking shower at the Gym. Owner is no where to be in touch with to resolve the hot water issue. We left quite a few messages and no response, we have to contact booking.com to get the message through & ower finally text back with the same instruction "reset the button". It a shame, how they operated the business. We feel that we being take advantage of as a foreigner.

  : Location was great, close to metro, bus, shops and restaurants. The building has a very nice garden and overall it is a great place. Alessandro is very nice and even arranged a transfer from and to the airport. Great place for families, very spacious and comfortable especially with the two bathrooms.
  : There was some issues with the boiler and hot water but Alessandro helped a lot. Also we noticed that people were in the property while we were out (e.g a couch magically appeared one day and things were moving) but none of our stuff was touched.
