  : Very little communication with the host. Never met him during our stay. We called him to get room access instructions. No one was there when we left so we assumed he would charge our credit card. But instead he messaged me to say I left without paying and was going to report me.

  : To start we had to wait 30minutes outside of the property because no one was opening the door when we were buzzing. I have tried to call the owner several times but he didn't answer. I have to call the Booking.com company who tried to call them but no answer. They have to email the owner before he pick up my call. Upon arrival to the room there is no one to greet; little did we know that no one will as part of their Covid rule. We head to our room, two doors before the room. First door after another, with all their washing machine and cleaning stuff. Felt like our room is a stock room which they converted into a BnB. There is one key when we arrive in the room, which I was asking how will this let us open the ground floor door, the entry door and our room. I messaged and called the owner, he has answered but does not understand me. He then had to ask one of his staff who speaks English to confirm our need. Unfortunately, the key we are suppose to use was kept in a lock box. We still have to wait to confirm how we can get the key to open the lock box. Onto the bed room, our bed makes weird nose, which sounded like it is going to break anytime soon. I didn't manage to sleep during the night because one small move and the bed creeks. It was suppose to be holiday, but all it gave was stress.

  : It was hard to get into the hotel, if it wasnt of other hotel guest, we would be staying outside, I was calling to the hotel in front of the outside door, no one answered ant let us in, then tried to call to given numbers, no one answered, about 10-15 minutes waiting outside other hotel guest, who was leaving let us inside, and then one of the staff then called us. The room was also not worth the money we paid
