  : It was very easy to pick up the key. But the people who handed over the key were not very friendly. The apartment is very well situated, with a cute view. It had most things. We liked that the trash was well organise and easy. Elevator was a plus with luggage. The host gave ideas about places to eat which actually turned out to be good. It was a very safe area and we loved to hang in the neighbourhood.
  : The bed could have a better comfort, due to there where No topper on the mattress. The sofa table is too low and too small. There could be some spices and more kitchen items like smaller pot, a few more small bowls. The apartment wasn't 100% cleaned, like behind chairs, under table etc. It wasn't too bad, but it could be better.

  : At this price point I expect a bottle of water to be provided. Also having an induction cooktop and yet providing a non compatible cafettiere was just silly.

  : Great location that also met our needs. Were able to walk to our events. We were close to eateries. Had a real feel of Rome.
  : We had no hot water the last 2 days. Couldnt reach owner by phone. No paper towels.

  : Fantastic location on a quiet street but near all the action and great restaurants. Nice big space, big windows and a lovely view (we stayed in apartment 12). Loved the books, lots of coffee pods provided and good pillows. We'd only consider staying here again if it was half the price we paid to reflect the value.
  : Slow and lacking communication. The couch and benches had many crumbs from other guests. We raised this to the host and the cleaners were sent back and it was cleaner afterward but also received a message that the cleaners didn't see any crumbs like we weren't believed. The mattress was springs and could be replaced to improve the comfort.We tried to arrange a transfer to the airport but after 5 hours of no response we found another option. You are not told that if you arrive early and need to store bags that there is a fee so we were surprised. Honestly for 300 a night we expected much better value and treatment.
