  : Excellent location, walking distance from restaurants and tourist places
  : Late check in, waited till 16:30 Water flow in the shower is very weak and little hot water. There is no oven and washing machine All rooms were terribly smelly upon arrival and never improved. The smell lasted for our entire stay.

  : Davide was an excellent host. He met us at check in and gave us a very comprehensive handover, probably the best we've had. He even helped us bring our luggage in which was super helpful. I had to reach out to him a few times during our 13 night stay and he always responded very quickly. The apartment is spacious with 2 decent sized rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable which is a bonus. The location is excellent with restaurants and shops at your fingertips along with options for trams and buses at your door step. The kitchen has all basic amenities provided but please note there is no oven. I was able to cook often and had what I needed. The street and area of Trastevere is really beautiful and ti was nice being out of the city chaos! I highly recommend this place.
  : The apartment doesn't have a washing machine and with 2 young children and a long term stay for 13 nights we were constantly at the laundromat which was time consuming and expensive. Parking is available on the street but be aware it's hard to find and we were asked once by some local council workers to move our car which was a huge inconvenience. Parking in Rome is stressful and once it was parked we refused to use it again in the fear of not finding another car spot. The couch in the living room which is also a sofa bed was a problem for us. My kids kept sliding off it whenever they would just sit and move around on it as kids do. Because of this we didn't really use it often and there was no-where to just sit and relax. The shower is terrible. The water pressure works until you put it on warm/hot and then it just trickles. I'd recommend Davide replacing this as we dreaded showers it was that bad.
