  : The location was excellent, we really liked how we could walk into Rome without having to use a taxi service. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were nice.
  : There wasnt a kettle in the bedroom so we had to use the coffee machine in the shared kitchen if we wanted a drink. There wasnt an option for breakfast but we liked how we could go out and find somewhere locally. The area was quite noisy but it did quieten down after 10pm.

  : Location was great, room was clean.
  : We did arrive late which I notified them that our flight was delayed.We arrived at the property at 9.40pm Got charged 20euro for late fee and 28euro for city tax!!!! The guy that came to let us in, watched my partner struggle to carry 2 large suitcases up the 4 flights of stairs that were extremely narrow.It was only when my partner couldn't continue with both suitcases for the last floor and said he would go back for that one that the guy picked it up and carried it up the last flight.We had just had a long day and flight and he wasn't very welcoming or helpful. The lockable door handle on the inside of the kitchen area was broken, if you tried to open the door with the handle it would just come off in your hand. I told the guy but nothing was done.Also there was a pile of spare keys to all 3 rooms in the communal kitchen cupboard. Anyone had access to these keys to anyone's room.Once again I told the guy and he told me they were for the cleaner, I replied that wasn't acceptable that anyone can get these keys and get into the other rooms!!! He shrugged his shoulder and dismissed me !!Rooms are also not soundproof at all.Pillows weren't great, really flat and small.The only other thing I would suggest is that if there is a microwave provided and tea and coffee facilities, then surely it wouldn't be to expensive to put in some coffee cups other than paper cups and some dinner plates and bowls.It's set up so you can heat meals etc but nothing to eat off or prep on!!Room size was small but it was ok..We stayed for 4 nights.

  : The facilities were good and the location was good. Bed was comfy. Room was clean.
  : Room and shower were tiny, not like the photographs. Photographs are very different to the actual room. We would not have booked the room if we had the correct photos of our room. 3 flights of stairs with big bags, just to be careful of. I informed staff of our arrival time on WhatsApp and initially it was okay with them so we booked a train. Then the day of arrival they changed and said it wasnt okay. We were stuck for an hour in the heat with our big bags as they changed the time we could arrive without notice. Staff on WhatsApp were not very nice at the start and did not respond to messages asking simple questions. I understand this is an apartment and not a hotel, however the service was not up to standard.

  : we had to climb 3 floors to get to the room. the apartment is located in 3rd floor don't book if you have weak legs.

  : The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They were so pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions about Romes top attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and in a great location. There are snacks and coffee in the kitchen for everyone to share. There were great restaurants within a 3 min walk. We even saw several food tours going by these restaurants and long lines at a bakery that's very famous in Rome. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout which was super helpful so we could explore before our flight home.
  : It was much smaller than we expected and we shared the kitchen area and hallway with other people. We thought it was more private and didn't realize there were other people staying there too. There is no elevator and its on the 3rd floor which is difficult when you have luggage and are super tired.
