  : The location that was probably it.
  : 1) Bad facilities going up and connection There are no lifts to the apartment. The lock was good but we had no one properly explaining it I had to use to roaming to call and there was no signal inside the building until connected to the wifi. 2) No fan/air cond worked Upon arriving it was boiling, we had received a message just 2 hours before checking in that the air cond is spoilt and that they will come and fix the next day - theyd placed a lot of fan to compensate but it was so hot we had to leave the windows open to sleep. Whilst the location is right above bars and pubs, there were noises till about 4am which we couldnt sleep due to the noise and the heat. 3) Service during and afterWe tried calling to check when are the repairers coming in, for about 2 hours they kept saying 10 more minutes. They said theyll refund for the first night upon requesting but it wasnt a full nights refund. No one came to fix the air cond and we had to sleep in the heat for the rest of our stay. Tried contacting - no one picked up nor responded to our messages. Overall, we didnt have a good stay at all which spoiled our first time in Rome experience. Would not recommend this place at all.

  : Location was great, close to Ancient Rome, the Vatican and heaps of restaurants!
  : It was supposed to be 3 bedrooms with a pull out in the lounge. But there were only two bedrooms The double pullout was broken and unusable. The single pullout was actually in the kitchen!! The air conditioning we couldnt get to work, as there were no instructions for any of the appliances. Whilst the apartment was superficially clean, all the drains were in need of decloogging.

  : the apartment is big and suits a family of 4-5.
  : AC didnt work. the all infrastructure for this AC was now working. wait 2 days to get someone to come and fix it (I don't care its the weekend for them). and still after he left the AC stopped working again. I do NOT recommend this apartment in the summer super hot and noisy

  : The location was great in the Trastevere area where a lot of restaurant activities are going on below you. It was close to bus stops that can take you wherever you want to go. With the windows closed you do not hear the ground level noise from the third floor level.
  : Only 1 of the four ac units is working properly and the second ac unit has to have its condensate fluid diverted to a collecting pot on the floor to keep that unit going and the pot has to be emptied regularly to prevent overflow. We have communicated this to the property owners and a serviceman came by and said he couldnt work on it and never showed up again. The property owners do not respond time and appropriately to messages. The rooms were miserably hot with deficient ac capacity and yet we could not open the windows due to loud commotion noise and cigarette smoke from the street.
