  : It was very centrally located.
  : There are random, dusty, life size superhero statues around every corner & there was black mold coming from the a/c vent in our room.

  : Room was clean and spacious and had airconditioning, windows, and a fan. Staff is nice and the facility is also very quiet. The shower itself was amazingwith three different spray configurations, even though it leaked and lacked a shelf.
  : The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor and the shower needed a shelf to out shampoo, conditioner, and shaver. Also, Booking.com's description of the facility is misleading; only one room has a jacuzzi, but Booking says the facility has a jacuzzi. Also, breakfastis not necessarily includedwith every room although Booking's description says it is.

  : Comfortable bed, clean place . Location was great .
  : No front desk service , got inside because of other guests walking out otherwise no service would have been left outside , had no internet connection so was difficult to communicate - very frustrating , had help from another hotel upstairs , only amenities was shampoo , no water on arrival, fridge not working . . Struggled to get inside the place no communication waited1/2 hr or more to finally get in The care taker downstairs didnt give a damn about helping us . Made me feel embarrassed to be Italian .

  : I did not receive breakfast. However, did appreciate a coffee maker in the room.
  : I did not like the bathroom sink at all. The faucet was hard to control either a trickle of water came out or if turned up it spurted as the water pressure increased. Water splashed all over as a result. Also, while someone came to make the beds and empty the trash on a daily basis, neither sugar, coffee, nor toilet paper was replenished.

  : The room was amazing and in a great location. The host was great in providing local knowledge and recommendations.
  : Initially finding the place is quite difficult, especially as there is another place across the road with a similar name.

  : Location is perfect, 10 min by walk to the touristic centre, 25-30 min by walk to the Colloseo. Gianluca was kind and always in touch via Whatsapp in case is something needed.
  : Rooms don't have any noise suppression. I were waking up during the night every time our neighobs decided to watch the TV or talk to each other. The reception was almost always empty. There wasn't a proper cleaning, the staff just changed the towels and was making a bed, that is it, all the dust and hair we had on the floor before the cleaning kept lying on the floor even after. a small fridge was implemented into the cupboard wrongly, so you need to think how to open it.

  : Just the location!
  : It was dirty! The floor under the bed had weeks of accumulated dust if not months! The shower area is really cramped and needs repairing and fixing. The glass was broken and made it impossible to shower without making the entire bathroom wet! It was fixed after two days. The small shower hook was broken so it couldnt be used. The bed sheets and pillow had stains which we got removed. I was told that they will find a way to compensate but nothing happened after that. There is no electric kettle in the room. Its such a basic requirement. The WC is ancient and the seat cover moves. It was extremely uncomfortable honestly. They dont have an iron board and you have to ask for the iron. I really wont stay there again. But if you are spending the entire day out and really want a place it makes sense as the location is unbeatable
