: The apartment has an excellent location - close to Termini, close to metro and close to the center. It has good amenities with fully functional kitchen. There's a lot of restaurants nearby. Stefano was great and helpful host.
: The street is a little bit noisy at the night, but this is expected for a big boulevard. he hot water ran out quickly.

: we loved how central the apartment was and also how safe we felt. there was multiple doors with locks and keys to get through before leading to our apartment which was amazing. loved how spacious it was also, the aircon was a great addition to the very hot days we were in Rome!
: the only thing was the bathroom was a little dark as Im not much light but I wouldnt hold that against the property.

: Very comfortable bed, nice to have a washing machine. Felt very safe with all the locks.
: The air conditioning wasnt cool enough. There was not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom.

: The room is clean, bed is comfortable, elevator and airconditioning works great. In great location, near the colosseum, bus station, and the metro. Also near shops, gelato place and good restaurants. We felt safe walking the area even late at night. Highly recommend this place.
: Noise from the street, police and ambulance constantly passing by with loud sirens.

: The apartment is located relatively close to the tourist attractions. Stefano is a kind and discreet host.
: I think it's a little problem with the boiler as you sometimes have a scotch shower. The big inconvenience, however, consisted in the fact that, on the booking, the payment of the city tax was 3.5 euros/person, and we were charged 6 euros/person. Ideally, you should ask when you book how much the city tax will be charged, we will do so from now on (I have never experienced anything like this before).
