  : The room was freshly painted and was a large space.
  : We first arrived at the location indicated on booking.com and we were advised by the man at the reception to go to a completely different location at a different building. This was a great inconvenience as we had luggage and no assistance to attend the other building. We walked a longer distance and when we arrived at the second building, I asked the second man why we were in a different building and he advised me that they had messaged us on booking.com providing us this allocation with no further explanation. He was also extremely rude and not apologetic for this inconvenience which he could clearly see that we were exhausted. Once again this was horrible service because there is no justification why the buildings are in completely different locations.The towels were thin and smelt of bleach. The least this hotel can offer is good towels. This is a basic commodity that should be offered. The double bed comprised of two single beds stuck together which was uncomfortable. The pillows were too flat. There is no proper shampoo, conditioner or body wash. They provided us with small sachet of the bare minimum shampoo that was runny and did not foam to cover the whole body. Again this is a basic item every hotel should provide to their guests.You should seriously consider booking elsewhere.

  : Location. Just 7-8 mins walk from Roma Termini.Many food options nearby. The room itself was quite spacious and the bathroom was huge. Staff were courteous.
  : This is as barebones as it gets when it comes to amenities so questionable VFM.

  : Very close to Roma termini, lots of restaurants and cafes around the area, room was modern and bed is comfy, we stayed in the separate building it was about 5minutes walk from the official address they used. Staff were accommodating, the building was nice with a calming garden.
  : They should hire a different cleaner because whoever it is seems like doesn't know how to do the Job, first day we checked in there was hairs on the floors and bathroom and dirt marks in the bathroom and doesn't know how to make the bed. next day they only took the rubbish out just folded the towels that we used and put back on the rack. For the next 7 days the dirt mark and hairs are still there I spoke to the staff about it the first day but nothing was done the cleaner just take the rubbish out and just cover the bed back not doing it properly, and the towels provided was too old that it will break if you pull a bit harder and there was a lot of marks or stains in it.

  : Hotel is located near the Termini train station, so it was convenient to stay there because it was easier to catch the airport connection. Room was clean and spacious, although very basic. It could be improved with adding some details. Receptionist allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours.
  : Hotel is located in old building which was repurposed to hotel, so sound isolation wasn't very good (we heard guy in the room next to ours throwing down in the morning). Vibe of the room just didn't seem like I place where you want to spend much of your time.
