  : Greeted well, offered a drink while we waited for someone from the B&B to arrive.
  : no formal reception area, it seems that the caf' is the reception.

  : Our third stay and the owners and staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Very handy to have a great eatery and bar as part of the establishment. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and there are always locals coming and going for a coffee, a meal or a drink. Not a tourist in sight!

  : It was authentic. The staff were friendly. Extremely clean. The cleaning staff made our beds with fresh towels and with a very artistic flair in towel layout!
  : Distance from the centre. It's 22 min and anything from 34/47 Uber ride. The breakfast was a pastry and coffee,not great.

  : The room presentation was nice, with cute folded towels and nice lighting
  : I was a confused about where the place was and how to check-in--it turns out you had to go to the restaurant next door to ask. I think sending a message on the day of check-in to explain what is needed would be a better way to go. The staff at the bar seemed busy and not super welcoming to a tourist. The guy who showed me around was nice, but I realised that he didn't cover things like how to check-out, or how to access the wifi password. Going back down to the bar to ask felt uncomfortable. Although the room was pretty, there were a few little things that made me uncomfortable--seeing a condom in the drawer and a somewhat dirty pillow on the bed beside it made me feel put off, but the other bed was clean enough (had a twin room)

  : Clean rooms , not big but nice . Nice stuff trying to help . Relatively close to Rome airport about 20 minutes drive , the parking is on the street near the property. Exactly what you need for one night stay before flight.
  : We ordered B&B but we had to leave 30 minutes before the breakfast time starts and there was no possibility for a takeaway breakfast that was a little disappointment.

  : the place is as it is shown on the pictures, very clean. The coffee we had on the morning breakfast is one of the best coffees i had during my travels. The place is worth every penny.
  : We wish if the hotel had added portable water bottles in the room.

  : Group of 8 of us travelling, we had 5 rooms between us all on one floor together which was really great. Rooms were all a good size with en suites. Access into the property was easy, with parking easily found on the road. Very clean, bedding changed every day which we were not expecting. Great location for exploring the local area if you have a car, good base to go view Ostia Antica archaeological site. Cafe below was very good, coffee was delicious.
