  : The hotel was ok, but one of the nights I stayed the power went out for more than 2 hours. I was about to go out to get food for my four year old daughter and I couldnt because the exit door was locked and no one was there to help. My daughter couldnt eat at all the whole night. I couldnt go to or contact by any means an employee/front desk. I understand this things may happen and they dont have control over it, but they do need to have a backup plan for the security of all their customers and that never happened. When I went to front desk the other day, I asked for a discount or some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and, in a very rude and disgusting way, they said that wasnt their problem. Its sad because hotels should be all about excellent customer service. I couldnt work that day. I didnt have any battery. My family was starving and by the time the power came back on it was too late to buy anything outside. The elevator stopped working and I had to carry my baby up and down 5 long stair floors. On top of all of that, they dont provide adapters for you to charge your phone. Also, the included breakfast was so bad. The eggs were so undercooked and it was not even worth it because it started at 7 am. If you are a person like me, that likes to start the day off early to enjoy the most you can or maybe catch breakfast before heading off to the hotel, it wasnt an option here. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

  : Rooms were clean, spacious and bright. Very well lit, we stayed in a suite and the extra sitting room space made a big difference to our comfort. Having breakfast included was very convenient and the service staff at breakfast were lovely.
  : The suites are in a different building to hotel reception. Its also awkward to find your room with multiple doors to open and elevators to take.
