: the location is superb. the area is safe and vibrant. building overall well managed
: the wifi signal in the room is unstable and for half of the time does not work. the room (4 which we got) is half in basement level and can feel very humid. laundry wont dry well in this apartment and the moldy smell will stay in both the washed clothes and the room. so even though there is a good washing machine in the bathroom, I may not recommend guests to use it.

: This was a perfect accommodation: right in the center of Rome, still incredible quiet during the night and the owner being available on whatsapp for tips, reservations eyc. Also really everything was available, including coffee, milk, juice in the fridge etc. The only thing that I felt was missing were extra pillows, till I found those as well, hidden in a box. The apartment was also very clean!

: Modern design with high standard of fittings and decoration. Good size. Superb location close to Forum and Coliseum and Metro. Close to restaurants and shops. Only 8 steps up to the front door. Host Luca very fast to respond to messages.
: Windows look onto internal courtyard, so no view. But quiet as there is no street or traffic noise.

: Great location in the Monti area. Character apartment with 3 different areas including a modern kitchen with a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. Luka, who managed the apartment was very helpful, professional and friendly. Also, to get into the building you used a code and a swipe card like a hotel which was super easy!
: Unfortunately, there were renovations next door that created a bit of day time noise but it was not a big issue as I was out most of the day. Maybe, an extra light in the bathroom would be good but the other lighting in the apartment was great. There is no street window but that did not bother me as you could still open windows for fresh air.
