  : Alessandro at the Reception was very helpful right from the start. He changed our room and enabled us to have better comfort. The area is away from the touristy parts, which is a plus. Quiet and gorgeous neighborhood in the embassy district of Rome. Next to gorgeous gardens, Villa Borghese and Villa Ada.

  : Very helpful staff at the reception.
  : The room was nice but definitely not a 4 star experience. No slippers provided like in most hotels. The closet was too small. I could not hang my dresses properly, and I had to fold them. The most inconvenient part was that there was no plug close to the bed and I had to charge my phone in the bathroom plug which made me go back and forth many times at night when I needed to check my phone. Water in the shower was coming out either too cold or too hot. Had to adjust it and the flow was weak Finally, no eggs are offered for breakfast. (Not even boiled ! ) Mostly carbs. The lady preparing the coffee and breakfast was lovely and very helpful. However, eggs are an essential part of a continental breakfast, and this was missing. The cakes and biscuits were delicious, but if you are looking for some protein intake in the morning, you will be disappointed.

  : Great place.. very nice and comfy with friendly staff that was genuinely interested. The location is pretty easy to reach. I got very lucky at the time/place to get a last minute deal on this hotel
  : Inside the room/bathroom there were some stains/dirt on the wall. Nothing major.. also the cleaning lady was rushing me even though I still have a lot of time to check it out.

  : This hotel is in a safe district, it has very warm and kind staffs, it provides delicious breakfast.I would like to stay again.
  : Maybe it is usual in Italy, there arent a shampoo, lonce, tissues, toothbrush and toothpaste. You can buy it the co-o supermarket dot near the hotel.

  : We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grazioli, and there were many positive aspects to highlight. Firstly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate my allergy intolerances, and the daily room cleaning was meticulous. The breakfast offered a delightful assortment of options to cater to various tastes, and we particularly appreciated that. The hotels location was convenient, allowing easy access to the city center, whether by foot or by bus.
  : However, there were a couple of downsides to my experience. The rooms, while functional for a city trip, appeared somewhat dated and on the smaller side. Additionally, the Wi-Fi had a limited range and poor performance, which was a bit frustrating, particularly for travelers who rely on a reliable internet connection.
