  : How close the property was to the train station and local bus routes.
  : * On Booking.com the city tax is listed as 3 per person per night. However, the property tries to charge you in Cash 4 per person per night when it is listed as a 1 star hotel. The property will insist this in Cash unless you persist to insist on paying with your debit or credit card.* Lift also known as an elevator is extremely small. It only fits 2p at a time and only available after you go up some stairs (approximately 20-25 steps) to get to it. It is very very old, makes noise and acts as if it's going to break and or get stuck while you're in it.* The small tv (which is approximately 22-27in big) is mounted to the wall next to the cabinet closet. For those with a sight impairment it's very small.* There was a language barrier because the staff only spoke Italian and we only speak English.* Room service is not offered, but a Continental breakfast is (we did not utilize this service). However, staff will enter your room and leave fresh towels.* The bed is very uncomfortable (it was extremely hard and made of 2 different types of twin size mattresses placed next together).* Hotel Sol Levante is very basic. There are not that many services offered, and they are basic at that.

  : Location is near Termini, 10min walk. The room was very clean, it has a cute little terrace where you can have breakfast when its warm outside. You get all you need, towels, shampoo, soap. They clean every day. They offer a sweet breakfast, croissants, jam and butter, Nutela, yogurt, juice, coffee. They serve it in your room.
  : We had a problem with water, there is a blockage of hot water, so you have to wait and check when it is going to get warm/hot. Can be tricky when you want to take the shower in the night and there is no hot water. Staff is ok, but sometimes they are not at the reception. You do get the key for that door, but it is different when you have to check in and wait for them. Also if you check in after 22h, you pay 10euros per person.

  : There was no hot water in the morning and in the evening it was barely warm. We couldnt take a shower before the long trip. Moreover we werent informed that the hot water absence

  : Great location, 30 minutes walk from the colloseum, 30 minutes from the trevi fountain. There were loads of nice restaurants in the area and it was very close to termini train station. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious. It had a wardrobe and lots of mirrors and a cute balcony. They serve a delicious breakfast in your room each morning, lovely coffee, pastries and fruit juice. The staff were amazing and let us keep our bags there after check out.
  : The beds were not very comfortable but for 3 nights it was ok.

  : The host went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. For example, she went out of her way to leave us breakfast the morning of our departure because she knew we were leaving very early in the morning and would not be in Rome at the time breakfast normally started.Room and amenities all to a very good standard.

  : Great location, super breakfast, lady that serves and clean is very nice. Room is cleaned every day and you get new towels.
  : Wifi was slow and walls are thin like in all this tipe property's (refurbished big condos to small apartments).
