  : They should let guests know that they do not have any restaurant where kids below 8 years are allowed. Quite insane considering the cost of the hotel then better to say kids free

  : small luxury experience? We booked apartments cause they would provide transport in a golf cart. Lie. This is only for checkin/out.apartment is a AirBNB! No room service. The “Anex building” is located 5 blocks away!! You have to leave the room with 5 (yes, five) different keys to open several doors until you finally get inside your room. Why?? Because it is a floor that they own in a residential building (photo attached where one can read Marco Aurélio apartments, on the fifth floor and the others with regular people). Classified as 2star on google and not a Luxury hotel! They should Shame themselves!!! When we complained about the golf car with the manager, she replied saying that it is only to transport luggage. I told that this was not what was written on booking.com and then she “suggested” I was mistaken and that we could “check this together”. No decaf capsules for the coffee machine (on the second day, after complaining, they sent someone buy it at a local market). Sweetener? Forget it! There wasn’t even at the reception desk. They had to buy it also. Oooh.. don’t fall into the trap of “a bar with colosseum view”. That are plenty restaurants on the same block with tables on the street that offer a better view and service. The restaurant, which is a Michelin star one, we didn’t even try. The prices start at abusive 150 euros, without any drinks or service tax, per person. This is a never comeback hotel and no way a small luxury hotel.

  : Easy to catch transportation to center. Near flea market. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was smallish but sufficient. Very nice rooftop deck area.
  : Rooms were not very spacious. It was noisy facing the busy street where the tram stops and rings the bell every time it passes. Minors are not able to use the spa facility.
