  : we spent 5 nights at the Magic hotel. Great location - right next to the station and next to the metro station. Moreover, you can reach the main attractions on foot (approximately 1.5 km). The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and polite - we arrived at night and the lady immediately brought refreshments and tea to everyone. the rooms are neat and clean, there are restaurants nearby where you can eat good food and do not charge extra for service. I recommend this hotel.

  : - very good location: close to Termini station, tourist attractions, cafs, restaurants etc.- clean towels every day, comfortable beds
  : - very small elevator that can only fit a max. of 2 people;- in the other case you have to take the narrow spiral staircase to the 3rd floor with your luggage which is very uncomfortable - we asked the day before we check out if it is possible to leave our bags for a couple of hours and the lady at the reception said that it is no problem. However when we had to leave our luggage for storage one of the cleaning ladies started yelling in italian (because she didn't know English) that we can't leave our bags because there is no place left (where in fact there was);

  : It was dirt, looks like never cleaned. And...very small. Bed was so narrow and uncomfortable.

  : location Close to Rome Train station.
  : HORRIBLE staff ,ignorant and so disrespectful in the reception.Also while we was sleeping 8 in the morning,were cleaning room next to us and talking in the phone ,laughing in front of our door.I had to go and tell her we sleeping ,its only 8 in the morning.but reception lady was disgusting,and tried to take tax money for my child.after she realised I know the policy,she gave me back.
