  : Excellent location and price, clean. We had difficulty to locate the hotel, we phoned the hotel and were given prompt and clear instructions on how to find the hotel and enter the room. I will recommend the hotel for short stay.
  : It was not easy to find the property as there weren't any sings outside the building. Without the Internet on your mobile phone, it will not be possible to enter the property. The shower was in the bedroom.

  : Beds were extremely uncomfortable, old and small, pillows were not great either. When you ask for a queen bed they just stick two small individual beds together.. Shameful to classify themselves as luxury when it was not even perfectly clean.. Bathroom had some weird stain on the floor..

  : I am trying my best here to be fair and will mention all the truth about what happened here so no one suffer the way we did. First, let's agree that this place is a rented rooms apartment not a hotel. The host sent me a link of the location and how to check in hours before check-in time. You will be forced to send your passport picture and a pic of you holding it, which was weird!I arrived at the apartment (u need to climb more than 20 stairs though it's mentioned on booking that a lift is available) with my old mom and heavy luggages yet i couldn't open the room. Once i called the property, i have been informed to go to another place 450 meters away because they had made a mistake once they sent the location or else to contact Booking.com. And to make things clear, i have contacted the host once i booked and told him that I need a room in Campo di fiori piazza precisely since my mother can't walk much and the place indicated on Booking is convenient for her (all saved in a whatsapp conversation).You need to have an internet connection to open the building door of the new place, which had more than 30 steps to climb before you reach the far apartment, the thing that was too tiresome for a 75 y.o. lady. You need to go back to thecheck-in manual each time u need to open the building door, and if you have no internet you will be stuck out. The door of the room can't be locked from inside. There was no key, no lock, and anyone who might have the digits can come into the room anytime. Filthy floor. Poor lighting. No soundproofing for walls and windows (I heard a couple loudly making love in the first apartment I went to). TV doesn't work. When you use the wc, the whole building will wake up from the sound of the water pump. Arriving to Rome was a nightmare thx to the host and his place.. for a rate that exceeds 200 euros per night, I expected much more...
