  : The location is excellent (10 minutes on foot to the metro station Battistini - about 20 minutes by metro to the center of Rome and 10 minutes to the Vatican). Comfortable and clean rooms.
  : A croissant and coffee in the morning is a nice gesture, but I wouldn't call it breakfast. We went to breakfast after breakfast :) The air conditioner is controlled by the owner, the room temperature was too low for us from the north.

  : It was ok. The room posting said it could accommodate 4 people. We then had to split into two separate rooms.
  : When the owner met us outside, he took forever walking to the rooms. My family was exhausted straight off a 20-hour trip from the States. He was messing with an olive tree. Not good expectation for first timers to Italy

  : It was clean.
  : Let's first start off by mentioning that I paid for a room with a balcony and was not put into one. The room was miserably hot. There was a small air conditioning unit in the corner of the room, but no remote to control it. The host was strange acting from the very beginning. Even down to asking to see my children's passports. This room has a community kitchen attached to it. Not once did the host ever mention that we are not allowed to eat in the kitchen. There is a small sign posted on the wall that has several stains on it making it hard to see and read. We have three small children and we had a hard time that evening finding food. We finally found a pizzeria and decided to bring our pizza back to the kitchen to eat. We sat there and ate our pizza never knowing that we could not eat it there. Again, the host never gave us a list of rules, he doesn't have any posted in the rooms either. All of a sudden the host comes busting into the kitchen at 10pm and starts cussing out my 10 year old son for eating a slice of pizza in the kitchen. This would be enough to set off any parent so my husband starts explaining to him that we did not know you couldn't eat in the kitchen and that we were very sorry. The host was not listening at all and kept screaming and yelling at my entire family. I was begging him to stop and that we were very sorry. I advised him it wouldn't happen again. He slung a basket of sugar off the counter and just kept going on about you can't eat in the kitchen. He told us that you eat on the balcony. We didn't even know there was a balcony as once again, no signs are posted. He then threatened to call the cops on my husband, all because my husband stood up for his son and family. The behavior that this host showed was the worst display of humanity I have ever seen in my life. To actually come in and cuss out children is sad. The host is a complete joke and I would not be surprised if he has cameras in the rooms too.

  : Room very clean, attractive, spacious, the location is very desirable, leafy and clean, quiet and lovely. Guiseppe accommodated a late minute request and was most helpful.
  : The breakfast option was limited as I was wrongly expecting a big fry-up, but Italians are such beautiful people so maybe I should learn from them and reduce the size of my English breakie.
