  : Staff from the cafe were nice, the man assisted with taking our bags up the stairs. Aircon was put on before we arrived which was super thoughtful.
  : Very unclean. When we arrived aircon was already on which was super thoughtful but not long after arriving it stopped an we couldnt get it to start again. For the price we expected it to not be the greatest but it was extremely dirty. When we arrived there was faeces on the toilet and bidet, I sent Alice (the lady were were told to deal with) photos and never even got a response. If you think of yourself as a clean person you will not like this place.

  : Friendly staff and big room. Breakfast included the next morning was bakery and coffee which was delicious.
  : I know this is everywhere in Europe but lugging suitcases up and down stairs can be tiring. Just be aware no lift.

  : The location was great, close to many bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean. Check in and out as well as communication with the property manager was easy. The food in the downstairs bakery was very good.
  : It was noisy in the early morning hours because of the tram. The mattress was not very comfortable. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet. The cleaning staff didn't knock on the door before entering our apartment. The breakfast concept was very confusing.

  : Great location in a lovely neighborhood full of amazing restaurants. Room was spacious enough.
  : The place unfortunately could do with a good deep clean. There was allot of dust everywhere. The hot water had no pressure and ran out if you took a long enough shower ( washing hair ). Beds werent very comfortable and moved apart very easily ( double bed made of 2Singles). Toiletries were very minimal and average. 2 light bulbs were also out.

  : The mattress of the bed was super comfortable.You can leave your luggage after check out.Wi-fi available.
  : The stuff was not speaking English so they even did not tried to explain things like, that breakfast actually are not included (even it is written included in to the booking), they invite you to have breakfast and then you must to pay, they give you 10% discount. Of course it is fine but they must to inform you so, you can choose to go to eat somewhere else or eat there. Stuff does not know how much is the city tax, they were checking on internet and we paid 7e per person while our friend in other hotel payed 6eur. The room need some fixing around.The sheet of the bed had an old big brown stain.The room is in the busy area, all night you can hear parties, and in the morning other noise. If you are looking for a calm area, this one is not good.

  : The location. For the most part - clean. Air conditioned. Spacious walking space inside room. Has a small fridge and a luggage rack. Has a bidet (didnt use it). The room decor has an authentic Rome apartment feel to it. The room looks exactly as in the pictures. Breakfast was incl., but we had a flight to catch, didnt get a chance to try.
  : Its up 4 FLIGHTS IF STAIRS (no lift up, not stated when I looked at the property nor when I confirmed the booking). The sheets were clean but not the comforter - needs a deep clean on the edges. Broken toilet seat - top cover is completely detached and the toilet seat moves. No body wash/shampoo. Only hand soap. Shower trim on the floor was detaching. Tv remote did not work. We only stayed one night. Had a flight to catch early next morning.

  : The room was small, but comfortable. Comfortable and aircon worked. Help was at hand to assist with luggage up 4 flights of stairs.
  : According to reviews, it is a short walk from station, but we discovered it was almost 2km with plenty of uneven surface. Not recommended for walking with heavy luggage. Furthermore, no mention was made of 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. The communal area looked like a storage space, no fresh water or welcoming gifts. Nothing that made us feel welcome, expected or looked after. Had to ask about the breakfast. Had to go to the Deli downstars for a pastry and coffee.
