  : The breakfast was freshly made. The location is close to city buses which take you to the man city within 45 minutes.

  : The staff was very nice and the room modern and clean. The price is good for Rome, you preferibly need to have a car if you stay here but they are very organized for that because there is an internal parking for the guests!

  : Cold breakfast No hot fresh cooking at the place
  : No one available after evening to great and help checkin . We had to call the contact to help to get in the place ! No ramp to take luggage one has to carry it up the stairs

  : Cleanliness is superb, most of the staff is very friendly and helpfully, always available coffee machine is a plus, it's a bit away from Rome itself but easily reachable by public transport, location is not hard to find, the hotel has elevator and the owner is easily reachable by phone or WhatsApp.
  : Lack of some minor basic things, like places to put soap or shampoo inside the shower, you have to place things on the floor while you're showering, the shower itself has some wearing so you have to hold it with your hand to direct the water towards you while showering because the holder is loose, the last thing is that the walls between the rooms are not so well isolated, so you can hear all the guest above and next to your room talking and moving things around very clearly, so be aware if you have a light sleep.
