  : Great location, the terrace and the flat is very promising...but:...
  : The beds are in very poor condition, they should be changed...or cleaned!!! And sadly, there was no cleaning before we arrived. Awful toilets,etc... This beautiful flat deserves more care, cleaning and attention!!!!

  : The location, while very convenient to landmarks, is in the heart of one of the most touristy spot in Rome. That's good or bad depending on what you like. The penthouse is very beautiful and well decorated. The outdoor terrace is the biggest highlight. There's a mini bar available to guests upon arrival (it could just be booze other guests have left), but that was nice.
  : Both showers need to be updated with new hardware. Both shower heads leak and spray in random directions. If you touch them, you'll see they are made with a cheap material which leads me to believe they just picked the cheapest option. Weird because the upstairs bathroom is wrapped in marble and really pretty. The dryer never really worked right, but we just decided to air dry. The guy who gave us the keys said to contact him on Whatsapp so we tried and he never responded to anything we said (it showed that he read the messages). The fridge was frozen over and had a sheet of ice leaking onto the kitchen floor. We fixed it for them.

  : The location was amazingin the heart of Rome, closed to the main attractions!
  : 1. The first day we arrived on the top floor it was very cold...I think we would have warmed up if we left the windows open. The central heating was not working, but it was fixed around evening time...around 7pm, sitting in the cold the whole time.2. Cleanliness left something to be desired...both inside the apartment and on the terrace. Inside we found in the living room a pair of women's panties "forgotten" probably by a former tenant of the apartment...INADMISSIBLE!!!!3. In the bathroom on the top floor is the sanctuary of ants!!! That's because there was no cleaning as there should be!4. During the morning of Wednesday, 30 November in the morning cleaning the water stopped but we were away all day and when we returned to the apartment around 20.00 it was still off. Thinking it was a problem for a little while, we would have notified you in the morning. I tried to contact you on the emergency number for the 20.00-8.00 time slot but it was not working. I sent a message on that number and was unsuccessful. I sent a message through Booking to which I received no reply.It is now 10.45 and the water is still not working. Do you think it is normal that for the amount paid 900 for 3 nights I get something like this? I don't think so!!! If this is the way you try to please/honour your visitors you are very wrong!!!

  : Very mixed feelings about this accomodation, some amazing things and other pretty disappointings The terrace is just amazing and the apartment is very spacious. Also the guy that handed us the keys was very professional and always helpful
  : In hot summer, the ducted air conditioning system was not good enough to keep the entire house cool and we were struggling to deal with the heat. The apartment was quite run down. I understand the vintage feeling but more should be done to renovate the apartment

  : stunning location and a really cool apartment
  : I arrived and the heating wasnt on - end of January, it was 10 degrees Celsius inside and they only turned it on when we did the check in. kept it on for four hours, freeezing inside and then turns out the heaters werent on and there was no hot water. honestly this shouldnt have happened as it still took 2 out of the 3 days to heat it up

  : The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The terraces are gorgeous and welcome oasis at the end of a touring day.
  : The softgoods in the apartment need replacing. Overall it is a gorgeous place and very clean. However, the sofas and chairs are very worn, the mattresses and pillows smell old and should be replaced. I covered the padded headboard with a clean sheet.
