  : Our host was very helpful and friendly. He spoke excellent English. The location is good. Close to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill/Forum and a metro or bus ride to the Vatican (or you could walk if energetic). Good choice of restaurants nearby and some small food shops. The area felt safe. The room is fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. It has a kettle, a coffee machine and a small fridge. There is a good sized bathroom with a shower. It suited us well as we were out most of the time enjoying Rome and the lovely weather so what we needed and what we got was a comfortable place to shower and sleep.

  : Very friendly and helpful staff.Room very clean. Very close to the center,10 minutes walking distance to the colosseum. In the neighborhood a lot of restaurants and bars.
  : I missed access to the kitchen. We had a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, but there was no access to plates and cutlery

  : The owner was friendly and helpful. We could check in in the morning, so we didn't have to carry our packages or run to our afternoon program.It has a good location from where you can walk to the center or get to the Metro.
  : We had problems with the key of the main gate, it was hard to open.We had no breakfast so we bought some food in a nearby store, but the room didn't have cutlery, so making our sandwiches was almost impossible.

  : Location, coffee machine, the AC, good and comfortable space. The manager was very kind too. All good.
  : The room was a bit noisy, you can hear the movement inside the hotel, like cleaning or when someone from the staff arrived.

  : Location is great, walking distance from Colosseum and Metro stations. Francesco was really nice and willing to help us. Was really easy to go there from the metro station.
  : We really liked the apartment. Only suggestion I have is to provide a variety of pillows, the ones provided were not great for me, although my wife had no issue with it :)

  : Very nice welcome from the host, very easy to communicate with him via WhatsApp. He was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The place was very clean and comfortable. Very well located.
  : Just because its an old building ( which is normal) you can hear the water pipes.

  : The staff answers the booking messages very quickly and answers the questions.
  : Building is old, feel like I live in the same room of the next door. I could hear their talking, shower Also while staying two nights, there was dog barking fiercely every evening. The room is clean and staff communicate well. If the price is competitive, I may consider staying again
