  : Lovely staff, excellent cleanliness, comfort and bathroom.
  : Neighbourhood was a little rough with street drunkenness. Felt safe in Federicas and a block away. Wifi variable, but is a common problem in Italy.Lift as often the case began at mezzanine level which means there are stairs to manage initially.

  : Fantastic location for the colosseum and railway station.
  : Noisy when preparing breakfast it sounded like they were in the room and had a bit of a funny smell when air con going. The bed is very hard.

  : Very nice couple and their baby; It made the place feel very friendly and home like. Close to train and metro station. Lots of food options are nearby, including grocery stores

  : Close proximity to the train station. The staff was very helpful. We were two couples and booked two rooms. We had an early tour start one morning and they came in early and made us a quick breakfast.

  : The only 1 coffee was good (at the expresso) and I managed to drink only in one morning of the 3 paid breakfasts. Clean-ish.
  : Disappointing breakfast. Although it was established between 8:30 and 10:00, at 9:00 there was nothing to eat (the excuse was that all the other stays there had already eaten). So, the first breakfast, although paid, did not exist. I ate in the city. The next day I saw that the cheese and sliced ham, were bought in the morning and portioned 1 slice by the person. If you take 2 slices, someone had nothing to take. Apart from the cheese and sliced ham, they still had eggs (if you catch) and some unripe tomatoes and cucumbers, everything cut by hand (without plastic gloves). Another problem I had with the owner who was a gross sensation. I called her several times to complain about some problems and after telling me a few times she does not understand and he does not hear me, she closed my phone in my nose. She didn't even have the good sense to come to discuss or call her back or at least an SMS. In the end I asked them to give us the receipt for the amount paid right at the check-in and only on the last day I received it (after many insistence). I do not recommend this property.

  : The room was clean and staff were friendly, but they were not professinal trained hotel staff, rather a couple, trying their best to serve the guests as they could.
  : Basically we paid 280+ Euros per night for a room in an apartment with a few rooms. The breakfast was limited and served in a small kitchen with tables in small area. The street was noisy and dirty with many strange people standing and sitting around in the park across.
