  : The apartment is in a very good location and very secure area. Tom was waiting for me when I got to the apartment and explained all information in detail for my stay.

  : We stayed there at the beginning of September, it was a lovely stay, it is a clean, comfortable, nicely furnished room. The location was near (walking distance) a metro station but the street itself was very very quite so most of the days we didn’t stay out late.
  : The kettle wasn’t clean so we couldn’t use it, tried to wash it but still :-(

  : Nice and good location, easy to access Lepanto Metro Station and several buses, about 5 minute walking. Every day cleaning. Mini Fridge is very useful in the apartment. Map of Rome and information about the neighbourhood (bars, restaurants, coffees, supermarkets) would be useful.

  : We traveled in Europe for two weeks in five different countries and this was the best place we stayed! It is quite small but comfortable, clean, well-priced, close to a supermarket, close to the metro, and within fairly easy walking distance of some major attractions. Before renting you need to know that this is not exactly a hotel. It is like a very small apartment that has daily cleaning service like a hotel. If you need something, there is no front desk but the contact (Tomasso) was very responsive every time we needed something.
  : The shower didn't drain well and by the fourth day, we had to turn the water off mid-shower a couple of times (even during a short shower) to let it drain. The place looked pretty new so I am assuming that the situation is not permanent and has been resolved by now. Other than that, we felt this was a great option for us since we were on a tighter budget.

  : The accommodation was in a very convenient location, very clean, as shown in the pictures (the pictures weren't deceptive as in other accommodations). Our host cared for our getting there and finding everything, even though we never met him in person. The guide in the room was very interesting and with a personal touch and suggestions by the owner of the place. I had read some comments about noise from the subway, yes you can feel it a bit when a train goes by, but it is from very far away, not annoying at all! The neighbourhood is very quiet, even though it's on the ground floor, no noise bothered us from outside.
  : You can hear it a bit when people enter their rooms next door - on one of the nights I woke up in the middle of the night from people coming in and talking loudly - I guess that's not the accommodation's fault though. One thing that we were dissatisfied with was that the shower gel/shampoo wasn't renewed. There were only two small ones for 2 people for 3 days! No hope of washing your hair with that especially for long-haired people! We could only find a light blanket on the wardrobe - I wish there were an extra blanket as it was a bit chilly at night. I guess the hosts hadn't been prepared for autumn yet, as the weather was actually really nice during the day. Also, although the towels and bed linen looked clean, they didn't smell fresh - I suggest they use some fabric softener with a nice smell!
