  : It was centrally located and really easy to access to the main attractions and metro station. Larisa was very kind and checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. We felt very looked after :)
  : The bed in our room was a little hard - but this may be a personal preference.

  : The location is excellent. They had an elevator, which is not always the case in the historic district. The beds were comfortable. The staff was good.
  : The two rooms are very small- probably 130 sq feet total. There is absolutely nowhere to put suitcases. Some of the reviews were very misleading. We would not recommend the hotel because of the difficulty in managing the space.

  : Didn't like the place, didn't stay there booked elsewhere last minute
  : Room was a very small place, biggest disappointment was it is advertised as having a Balcony... that is really misleading at best. the balcony is inward facing less than 3'x3' with bird poop all over water heater and other elements in balcony. this should not be allowed to be advertised with such a feature. I sat in room and said, I cannot stay here even though it was prepaid with no refund I couldn't stay there, i booked a different place and walked there.

  : Loved the location. So close to all the main areas of tourism. Room was clean and had what you would need. The lady communicated efficiently by wassup before arrival on how to access the room. She was very helpful!
  : I did not like the fact that you do not meet anyone from the hotel personally. All communication was done through wassup. Feels like you are not in hotel, but more like Air B&B. 99% of the TV channels were in Italian, so if you do not understand Italian, then there is nothing to watch. Another guest rings the bell at 7 am and no one from hotel staff to unlock the door, so the guest rang the bell for half an hour straight until I had to unlock the main door for him to enter while I was woken up by the annoying bell ring!
