  : Location is good. Kitchen is fine. Bathrooms are fine.Sleepingplace's are fine. Rooftop area is good.
  : Avoid!!! I cannot recommend this place or Host. We booked 5 nights butjust at the arrival the host told us there was a problem withbooking.com and he can only let us sleep there for 4 nights be-causesomebody else arrives and needs the place! The Host offered a differentApartment which was like a Hostel Style Apartment(!!) with sharedkitchen and shared living room space. With your own sleeping place.Imagine a Hotel Corridor with Doors on each Sides. All Doors wheresleeping places and the Corridor has the shared living Room for alltentants living there at the moment. No privacy at all! You want to graba glass of Water or any other beavarage and you would run into astranger also living there.Shared Fridge shared Cuterly .. and so on.We where shocked.We are in the late 30ties and cant imagine having to sleep in this environment.My Wife was feeling very unsafe!Also imagine Booking a Rooftop Apartment with private pool and then getting offered a Hostel shared Apartment instead.After much discussion the Host could not offer us any alternative. So we had to use our own holi-day time and holiday money to plan and book a new hotel for 1 night. We wasted so much time.It also baffles me how this is even possible?We had our booking almost 6 Months in advance and the Host told us it was overbooked.The Host also waited until our arrival to told us the news so we had no chance to overthing any-thing.If we knew beforehand we would have canceled this Apartment and went with something else.VERY MISLEADING AND TRICKY ON THE HOST PART!!!We also had to wait 4-5 weeks for our Refund of the 1 night we did not sleep there thats why this review comes so late because weh ad our money taken hostage from this host.As to the Apartment, the AC leaks in the livingroom, the Window in the Bathroom leaks too (rain constantly comes in and sets the whole floor on water) and the Jacuzzi is horrible too. Ist unusable ist so dirty and full of limestone its disgusting. AVOID!

  : The view from the terrace is awesome, location is great, and apartment is tastefully organized. There is an elevator and the kitchen was very nice.
  : The hot tub was broken and the laundry machine didn't spin the clothes (so they were wet and kind of dirty). Also the hot water in the shower was very intermittent and we couldn't get the TVs to work.

  : We bookended our trip by staying here again on the last days of our trip of Italy. It was as good as the first time and we were happy to be back. Will definitely stay again in the future.
  : Disappointed that the air conditioner in the living room still has not been fixed, five weeks after our first stay. This really needs to be sorted out to avoid damage to the wall and floor. Thankfully the weather was cooler so we could manage without it well enough. Everything else was perfect

  : There is so much to like about this fantastic apartment. From the views, to the rooftop terrace, the outdoor spa, to the newly renovated bathrooms (there are 2), it is a truly wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and enjoying a good meal. Loved our time here and can’t wait to stay again on our return journey to Rome. Excellent communication with the friendly staff. Highly recommend.
  : The living area air conditioner had a mechanical problem so it couldn’t be used which made it difficult to enjoy the living area but the air cons in both bedrooms - and the fabulous terrace - made up for the issue. Hopefully this can be resolved to make the apartment even more perfect. Suggestion: a caffettiera in the kitchen for those who enjoy a proper coffee rather than Nespresso would be really lovely)
