  : The location is awesome! The apartment is very big and warm. Beds and pillows were perfect !!
  : The apartment wasnt clean. The floor wasnt hoovered, the kitchen extraction hood was greasy. The toilet and kitchen walls are plenty of chips. Nights are noisy (the street is narrow and the ice cream shop and coffe downstairs are noisy). On Saturday night was even worst. You cant use differents appliances at the same time (microwave and kettle for example) because the electrical panel stop working

  : The chairs and table brought down the look of the sitting room. Functional but not nice to look at and not inviting. Flowery wallpaper would prefer plaon white as shown on the photos on bookonh. The information booklet needs updating because what was said on it was not correct.

  : The beds were comfortable, the property was clean and tidy. The location is the BEST.
  : It was great value for money. We knew other people with far newer properties in the same area for the same time that paid 400euro less than we did. The location was awesome but I dont think it was worth what we paid. It was missing little things like a hairdryer (which my friend fixed but it didnt work for long and the host didnt replace it), the hot water system leaked all over our things in the bathroom, no laundry detergent, the couch is a little on the old and saggy side and there was no stereo or accessible internet TV (not that you need it much) but I have experienced more for less in other equivalent places of stay. I didnt take any photos, it didnt really warrant photos. Also, the photos didnt match the property accurately

  : It had good wifi and was close to the Pantheon. Was within walking distance to other attractions like Trevi and Spanish Steps. Close to grocery store.
  : Like some of the other reviews, our apartment didnt match the photos. The apartment looked dated and in need of many repairs. Exposed wiring, light plates missing, the kettle in the kitchen was full of limescale deposits (unusable but a new one was provided). We couldnt use more than two appliances at once or the circuit would trip. The hot water heater was too small for a two bedroom unit meaning showers would often run cold. The bathroom reminded me of something you would see in a camp site - lots of concrete and rust stains throughout the shower, which was too small. We stayed here because the quality rating was a 4 but in my opinion it should be a 2. Lots of other things that we did not like but will leave it at that. Unfortunately it set a bad tone for the start of our family holiday. Would not recommend to other families.
