  : They did not clean our room at all during our stay

  : Good location, easily accessible. The colosseum is literally 15 minutes walk. We got a bottle of water upon arrival.
  : The fridge and the hairdryer didnt work at all. The bed and the sheets were clean, but there were some hair on the floor and in the shower.

  : We had an absolutely horrific experience with the staff here. We arrived in Rome and were told that our room would be ready in an hour or so. When we came back, the owner carried our bags outside and into a grungier hotel down the street, and without any further information told us that the front desk guy would take it from here. We were pretty freaked out by the situation given that we are two female travellers and we werent given a reason as to why we were now staying in a different hotel. I messaged the guy from Casa Carra and asked why this was happening and he told us that the accommodation we had booked months in advance was no longer available. We decided we didnt feel safe and left to go try to find last-minute accommodation. The upsetting part is that we were told wed receive a refund and despite contacting customer service numerous times weve still not made any progress.

  : Liked the location - especially that Marco was very gracious in letting us store our luggage prior to our formal check-in and checkout. About a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini train station. Located in a decent neighborhood. The building has a small elevator to carry the luggage up one flight.
  : There was nothing that we did not like about our stay and the premises.

  : Perfect location. The room was clean and the WiFi was excellent. Marco is a helpful and friendly host.
  : Property was quite hard to find and was given no help before hand. Maybe a few photos of the entrance would help. The mobile number on booking.com is not the same as the mobile number on the entrance. Would be helpful to update booking.com with the correct one.

  : The apartment is good with the basic stuff we need. Close to the Rome Central Station, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, walking distance to the subway.
